28" metal horse head display with inlaid LED strip lights and green garland. Batteries and power supply are included. Assembly required but no tools necessary to assemble. To assemble you will insert the batteries and wrap the garland and connect the cable. Not much to it, and all the heavy metal is preassembled.  Can hang or mount to wall. Mounting hardware not included. This item is not freestanding on its own. It weighs just under 12 lbs so before you decide on a place for it, make sure the area is stable enough for the weight.
