This is a French wine advertising sign, 'Superton-Bordeaux, Demandez un Super Boire Tres Frais.' Printed on card stock, there is a string at the top from which it can hang. Circa 1900, it measures about 14" x 4.75", shows discoloration along the top that you can see in the image.
