Our New products are covered by a warranty of 1 year parts and 90 days of labor when the manufacture does not apply. If you need more information, please contact our customer service department for warranty info. hhgregg will provide a warranty of 1-year parts and 90-days for labor and defects for new products in any case where the manufacturer will not do so.
Our Certified Refurbished products are covered with a Two – year Comprehensive warranty provided by Allstate, US only.
If you purchased a camera body, please note there are instances where we ship the camera body in a box which originally included the camera and the lens. The lens has been removed when it is not part of your purchase. Most manufactures do not include a paper manual. A pdf manual will be provided upon request.

Our packages are insured and may require a signature.
