    This listing is for the rare collectible with contents.  We didn't try to open it, but we shook it and it feels full or near full.   Probably never used.    Cardboard bottle cylinder, tube, can measures approx 6.75" tall.     I suppose this was a powder tin for putting powder inside the tires when mounting them with the tube?
    Rare to have one complete with contents.   Undated, guess 1910s or so.
    Some light antique wear including some rusting on ends, a little denting, other light wear as shown in photos.
