    Description

    1935 .835 SILVER 2 BOLIVAR COIN from VENEZUELA
    This .835 fine silver coin, with a nominal value of 2 Bolivares, features a bust of the Great Liberator and founder of the republic, General Simón Bolívar, on the obverse.
    The reverse features the
    escudo nacional
    (national coat of arms), the date 1935, and indicates the weight (GRAM 10) and fineness (LEI 835).
    The coin diameter is 27.5 mm and the edge is milled.
    The coin has a good feel and heft to it.
    I collected coins for many years, but am not a numismatist, so I will not attempt to assign a grade;
    look at the images:
    there is some wear, but the coin is nice.
    The coin pictured here is the very coin the high bidder will receive.
